We want you to feel confident in NORDNFIT.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal using the link below, where available based on your country.

If you created an account with NORDNFIT, you can also request a return directly from your order page:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to your order
  • Click “Request Return
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue.

All damage-related claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. When reaching out, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the SKU label on the original polybag the item arrived in

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, NORDNFIT will replace the item with the same size and color, based on availability.

Claims submitted after the 5-day window cannot be accepted. If the required photos are not provided, we will be unable to process or approve the request.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the conditions outlined below.

Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price may be:
  • Exchanged for a different item (subject to availability), or
  • Returned for a refund to the original payment method.
All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and approved.
Refund Policy Details
  • Refunds are issued for the original item price only.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order included free shipping, no shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns are free, we provide the return shipping label at no cost.
  • Exchanges are free, we cover shipping for the replacement item.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, damage, or signs of use
  • The original tag must still be attached.
  • The item and its original packaging must be returned together and in good condition
  • The order number or SKU label on the packaging must be clearly visible to allow us to identify the product
  • Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused or returned to the customer.
Proof of Purchase

All returns require proof of purchase, such as your order number.
We also ask customers to share the reason for their return, your feedback helps us improve.

Return Shipping
  • Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal or your account order page, and shipping using the provided return label.
  • Returns sent without a generated label from us cannot be guaranteed to be properly processed
  • Return labels must be used within 7 days of creation
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of your return being received and approved.
If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, our support team will contact you.

All orders are processed within minutes of purchase and typically ship within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
